The Bell County Youth Fair Scholarship Program was launched in 2008. Through this program, over $200,000 in scholarships have been handed out in the last seven years to Bell County students. The scholarship amounts and selection process are specifically tailored to be life-changing; the program targets those exceptional Bell County students that may not be able to attend college without financial help.
The Bell County Youth Fair is one of the largest County Fairs in the State of Texas, with thousands of students participation each year. The number of scholarship applicants continues to grow, and currently only a handful of eligible students are selected to receive funds. All proceeds raised for the scholarship program go directly to a well-deserving Bell County high school senior. With the continued support and success of the Bell County Chisholm Trail Christmas Ball and donations from the community, the scholarship program will continue to grow and impact the lives of some of the most remarkable students in Bell County.
