ADA Information

ADA/ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

The Bell County Expo Center strives to provide excellent service to all our guests, including those guests with disabilities and special needs. The Bell County Expo Center recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities and has met or exceeded the requirements of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Texas accessibility mandates. The Bell County Expo Center provides a full range of accommodations for guests with disabilities to ensure their safety, comfort and enjoyment of our events and facilities.

This guide is intended to highlight some of the features available at The Bell County Expo Center for guests with disabilities. If you need assistance during an event, you may visit the Business Office. You may also reach an Expo Center representative at 254-933-5353 during normal business hours or via email at info@bellcountyexpo.com.

Concessions

The concession stands and restaurants in the building have been designed with all guests in mind. Accessible countertops and bar counters are at a height that is comfortable for everyone.


Disabled Parking

Parking spaces for disabled guests are located in ? on a first-come/first-serve basis.


Restrooms

All public restrooms are accessible to patrons with disabilities.


Disabled Parking

Parking spaces for disabled guests are located adjacent to all Expo buildings and are available on a first-come/first-serve basis. The vehicle must display a valid disabled parking placard or license plate.


Service Animals

Service animals are welcome inside the building and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you intend to bring a service animal to the building, please notify your ticket representative at the time of purchase so that an aisle seat may be reserved for you. An animal relief area is provided in the Plaza area.


Wheelchair & Companion Seating

The Bell County Expo Center provides wheelchair and companion seating with appropriate sight lines on all levels. Patrons purchasing accessible seating may purchase one (1) companion seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space.

Wheelchair accessible seating on the Garth Arena floor is typically available at the end of any row by asking an usher to remove the chair.

Please contact the Business Office or the Box Office with further questions. Be advised that the Expo Center personnel reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair & companion seats.
